    Hello @careorchestra2018,

The folder wp-content/uploads/siteground-optimizer-assets stores the combined assets generated by the SiteGround Optimizer plugin. Generally, those are deleted when the cache is flushed. If the plugin has been already removed you can safely delete the siteground-optimizer-assets directory manually, flush all caches at your new host and the CSS and JS resources should be no longer served.

    Best regards,
    Dimo Dimov
