How to remove duplicate reviews?

    1, I can see the duplicate review already deleted from Judge.me dashboard, but still show up on product page

    2, there are also duplicate review under Judge.me widget, how to remove this and only keep this plugin review widget?

    3, I want to change the star color with yellow
