how to remove external website links to my post…

There always seems an external website links (that is linked by someone else)to one of my post which is scrolling behind my header.How can I remove that link forever?I have tried to remove every <marquee>…</marquee> tag but the link doesnot disappears?My website is https://www.dhaulashree.com. Can anyone tell me the way to remove that external link?
