How to remove extra white space?

All I would really need to do is make the white into the background, is there any way to do that?

YOu put the CSS inside comments /* commments go here */

move the CSS to after the comments.

I don’t see the images when I use the IP (I get broken images) so I can’t test that out.

Ran into one last problem. How can I change the menu color? Right now it’s orange and I would like to set it to blue. (I feel really bad for asking so many questions, but I’m really bad at developing. Sorry!)
