How to remove #f3f3f3 lines above and below page title

I’m not really familiar with the theme but this should be possible to remove custom CSS. Could you please post link to the page where I can see those lines and I’ll be happy to help ??

I laughed more then I should on this one, I’m pretty much doing the same thing every year ??

The difference between those two is that on your page in comparison to your single post page page header element is wrapping the title (this is not the case in single post pages). This wrapper has top/bottom border which you should be able to remove by adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or if your theme doesn’t have custom CSS tab add it in your site using the following plugin:

.page .page-header {
    border: none;
}

This should remove those borders from your page titles.
