How to remove footer info

    Hi ,

    I do not understand why at the footer of this site I get all the info related to
    pages, archives, recent posts and categories!?

    I checked that they are not in any widget so I am assuming they might be by default in the theme ?
    DO I have to edit the css for removing all this ? If so can you please let me know how to proceed exactly? DO I need to remove some lines of code in footer.php

    Ps. Is there a child theme available ?

    Hi Sab Rena.

    Thank you for contacting us and for using our theme. We appreciate it.

    Please check whether the Show Example Content? option is switched on in Appearance -> Customize -> General Settings.

    If it is, please switch it off.

    Also, don’t edit any theme files directly. All those changes, if not in a child theme, will get overwritten when the theme gets updated.
    Yes, there’s a child theme available but unless you want to introduce some functional changes or visual changes that can’t be achieved using Additional CSS section, you don’t really need one.

    Thanks for the answer, I did work by simply turning off the example content ?? I didn’t even realize it was because of that TY.

    I do wish to install the child theme but haven’t found it so far…do you have a direct link by chance ?
