  • You can view your site and find which CSS file is controlling the header tags (web developer bar on FireFox is a lot of help). Go into your server (if it is not available from the theme editor or no permission to edit the file), find the file in /wp-content/themes/{theme name} and download a copy of the file to your machine. Make a copy in a different directory in case you want to revert your changes. Open the file with your editor, delete the header rules, save the file and upload the new copy to your server. Test your changes.

That’s the simplest version I could write for you.
