How to remove 'Hello World' default page.

it seems that the page coming up is the index page which displays the posts – and the ‘Hello World’ is the included default post.

The hello page was deleted and all new pages were created https://www.kruzon.com how is it possible that this page https://www.kruzon.com/hello-world/ is still available for comments? How do I remove it? Someone, on another post for this same topic, suggested to delete it from from the trash. If this is the solution where is the trash folder?

Was this topic closed and i was allowed to post to it? I thought this would be an easy one to answer but i guess it must be toughy, huh.

How does a non existent hello page still permit comments when all existing pages have comments turned off and the front page has been appointed and no blog page has been appointed?
