How to Remove Meta Right Sidebar?

Remove it via the dashboard at APPEARANCE->WIDGETS

I see a Meta widget in the very left column. Is that what I need to remove?

It’s on the right in one of the sidebars. Drag it out of there.

I’ve checked the widgets in the two columns on the right. There is no Meta there.

Hmmm… your theme really has sidebars! You’re right, I don’t see the meta widget anywhere.

You’re using a commercial theme, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

I have consulted on the AppThemes forum. The answer I got, to remove the Meta sidebar, was to create a child theme for my Classipress site and remove the Meta sidebar in the child theme. I know a little about HTML coding but have no CSS coding skills and am hoping I don’t have to do any.

Well, that was a particularly unhelpful reply from them! Seems like they hardcoded the widget into their theme.
