How to remove Miles/Distance from search results?

It is not an option you can simply turn on/off at the moment. You can create a custom theme (css file) with Pro Pack to hide that div tag as an interim solution until we add a “hide distance” option.

I just “cooked up” a “turn off distance” feature in the soon-to-be-released Enhanced Results plugin. You can get a preview of the features here:

Enhanced Results is out with this feature. Also Enhanced Results v0.4 that works on SLP 3.8 is in progress for next month with a LOT more control over the results under the map:
