[NSFW] How to remove my payment method

  • I want to remove the automatic subscription from my account profile on https://myjavbay.com/ and want to remove my card information from the payment method. Please advise – how can I do that.


    If attempt to delete it from My Account page, it will not be deleted with the following message.

    “That payment method cannot be deleted because it is linked to an automatic subscription. Please add a payment method, before trying again.”

    In the my account section you should be able to go to the subscriptions tab and cancel your subscription. Then you can remove your payment method.

    click the Subscribe tab, the following message will appear, and you will not be able to cancel the subscription.

    “You do not have permissions necessary to access to this page
    There has been a critical error on this website.”

    unfortunately we cannot replicate this issue. Can you please send me your order id number and I will cancel your subscription manually for you.
