How to remove "?pagename=" section from url.

I have tried a lot of time to remove this “?pagename=” section from my url but still showing this section at live site url. when I view page. At my permalink I have edited & there is right but when I view this page showing the problem.

Now need to know that how to fix this. Please anybody give me solution with an example As soon as possible. It will be very helpful.
