How to remove Pixelgrade account

    I uploaded a purchased theme from Pixelgrade, only to determine that the theme will not meet my needs. Pixelgrade is supposed to refund me the money spent on the theme. I have disconnected the theme which now seems to be removed from cPanel on the hosting site, but Pixelgrade still seems to be linked to my WordPress account as it shows on my Dashboard in the left sidebar of my site. Not getting a reply from Pixelgrade customer support on how to remove them from the Dashboard, so I am turning to WordPress for advice.
