How to remove Post dates, Authors and Comments from static webpages?

in page.php, find and remove this section:

                </div><!-- end of .post-meta -->

make a backup before editing

No Theme should ever be modified directly, if they are all will be lost in next Theme update. That’s why we have Child Themes https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes

If you don’t want post meta and/or comments on pages simply close them on individual pages and voila, problem solved. Once again please do not edit Theme files in this or any other Theme, that’s very bad idea.
