How to remove Pro,cons from Table of contents on post

  • Hi i am using wp pro and cons plugins for showing in posts. currently they are showing on my table of contents. how i can remove the Pro’s and cons from Table of contents table it’s showing automatically on them. i don’t want them to show there but should show in post. is there any way ?
