    Hi all,

hoping someone can help us. We paid for a theme called Chirps from theme forest. The theme was awful and we deleted it completely and installed Customizr. Since then parts of the old theme seem to be hanging around. I have managed to remove everything except the footer. I have tried everything and looked in the footer.php file which all seems to relate to the new customizr theme.

Since we uninstalled the theme & cannot find this last bit we are at a loss, not being developers as to how to remove it. The website is https://www.ecomtricks.com

    Thanks

    Della

  • Suggest that you look into the widget areas of your site.
From the Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets
You will find that there are 3 widget areas in the footer, you will be able to customise their content.
I strongly suspect that these are from your new theme rather than a legacy of a previous theme.

    Thankyou,

We know its from the previous theme as it says the name of the previous theme in it. I have found it in the widget area now though. Thanks so much for your help.
