How to remove some extra content in home page

    Hey i recently installed AccessPress Parallax theme in wordpress.
    I want to remove that portfolio , team , testimonials and blog with full content. Please Help me . Thanks IN Advance.

    Hi There,
    1st step Please go setting->Reading and select “A static page (select below)”
    and choose page or post for home page.
    2nd step Please go to Appearance->Theme Option->General Setting in the field remove check from “Enable Parallax” option.
