How to remove space between Menu and Content

There is a big space in my theme between the menu and the content area. I would like to get the space much smaller or eliminated if possible? I have tried many suggestions and none have worked so far. I am not a programmer and so i will need clear instructions to follow. Thanks in advance. the site to look at is shop.tahoeshooter.com
