How to remove tags from post

  • I want to remove tags from my blog posts.
    But I don’t know where to find my post.php file to make the

    <?php the_tags(‘Tags: ‘, ‘, ‘, ”); ?>

    deletions.

    Someone please show me where I can find my post.php file so that I can remove tags from my posts. Thank you!

  • Is there some reason you don’t want to do this from the Posts-<Edit page of your WP Admin? From this page you can use the Quick Edit feature to add or delete tags from any of your posts.

    You can find the post.php file under the theme of your blog..if you do not find the post.php then check inside the index.php file for the tags..
