How to remove text generated on the Categories Page

Hey,

I’ve created a theme for the first time (using Artisteer) and everything is going ok but I have text that WordPress is generating and I would like to remove it completely.

I only have one category ATM – ‘News’ but the same thing happens when I create a new category and go to that page.

Just under the Menu there is <H4>News</H4> and then just under that <P>Latest News Category</P> they are both contained within `<DIV class=”postcontent clearfix”>v and I can find the CSS but that doesn’t help me stop it from being generated.

Anyone know what I need to do to stop these text items from being generated?
