The website url is behind a public lock at the moment and i cannot leave it open to wait for your reply (security and IP reasons) but i can tell you it only appears on every product listings as shown in the image here and nowhere else on the website.

If you notice the white klarna strip is shown between the search box and the product listing.

I have deleted a few bits of info from the status report for security reasons and i dont think they are relevant to this case anyway.

I went ahead with testing this, on a test site of mine, with only the following:

• Same version of WordPress
• Same version of WooCommerce
• Only the WooPayments plugin active, apart from WooCommerce
• The Storefront theme active

No sight of said message, as showcased here, I’m afraid.

Just to be sure, could you test with the above-mentioned set-up, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

These notices are created by Stripe (dynamically) based on the customer’s currency, location, etc. In other words, they are not part of your website, so you can’t modify their content.

Also who thought this was a good idea in the first place, it looks bad and reminds me of over filled websites from the early 00’s

The modal is designed to provide more details to your customers on how the “Buy Now, Pay Later” methods work when clicked. I’m sorry to hear you don’t like it. You can remove it with the following CSS snippet:

It is an awful modal to have right at the top of the content shown before anything else and it’s so small and crumby looking, id want this to be maybe just above the product details maybe but thats subjective to the design so i understand the generic placement by stripe.

I also have clearpay and other payment options and wouldn’t want those to be ignored or take precedent over another .
