How to remove the plugin 100%

    Hi there, I just migrated my site to a different hosting company (same domain)
    The backup process is not working and I don’t get any error messages.
    I have installed the plugin, but when I install it again it seems like it sees the old files.
    How can I completely remove the plugin and install it from fresh?
