    Dear All,

i m suffering with removing my Aristo theme’s fixed categories such as Recent Posts, Recent Comments etc.
I tried to find plugins, codes, but no good results.
How can i control their behavior? Dashboard doesnt show me these stuff. Only the categories/pages etc that i set up myself.
    Tks a lot!

  • edit your theme’s sidebar.php file or go to ADMIN->APPEARANCE->WIDGETS and remove the widget from there.

    Tks Dear Wprock,

but how can i see that Widget inside my dashboard?
On my main page i can see “Twitter updates”, “Recent Comments”, “Popular Posts”, “Random Posts” etc.
They were added by the theme, and it does not allow me to see them as widgets – they are not on the sidebar, but on the main page.

And when i go to delete codes from the suitable php file i would have a disorder and messy look on the site. ??
