How to remove thumbnails from the top of post?

    Hello!

    Is there anyone clever who knows how to get rid of the thumbnails on the top of the post (the drawing)?

    I want to keep the thumbnail as it is useful for my readers when they want to find their way through my archive, but I do not want it to be shown at the top of the page as they open the post.

    How can I remove it? I believe this has something to do with the HTMLs, but I am not sure which one …?

    I use a Sixteen theme by InkHive (free version).

    Please help! ??
