How to remove title & tagline but allow it appear after favicon

Please am having issues here. Before now I was having my logo only on my header and my title still appears after the favicon on browser. Few days back I discovered that the title no longer appears after the favicon just a dash (-) appears so I decided to add title and tagline but instead the title and tagline line appears above my logo on header.

How do I remove the title & tagline from my header but allow it appear after my favicon.
