How to remove top bar

Go to Nirvana Settings->Miscellaneous and add

#topbar {display: none;}

to “Custom CSS” field.

How do you remove it from the rest of the pages? It only works on the home page.

Dashboard, Appearance, Nirvana Settings, Graphics Settings, Top Bar, Hide.
