    @henderas Thank you ??

    I don’t plan to interfere here too much as it’s not my post, however, if needed to compare – I have the same issue. Can’t hide it with CSS either.

    @markussss can you share the plugin names you are using?

    Thanks

    Sure. Exactly today, I installed a few new plugins for testing (some with redundant functionality). But the “issue” showed already before that as well.

    @markussss Thanks, will reproduce it soon and if there will be any issues I will fix them and release them in our upcoming release.

    Thanks

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi @haseeb0001

    was there any change? I didn’t pay too much attention to it lately (and updated some plugins meanwhile). It’s not showing me “undefined” text anymore. Not sure if this is related to your plugin or to some plugin update/disabling of the other installed plugins

    best regards
    Markus

    I’ve just updated all plugins and purged all cache and unfortunately the “undefined” text is still showing for me.

    Any idea when a fix will be available?

    Many thanks, Adam

    @henderas @haseeb0001
    My bad, some time passed so I didn’t remember everything correctly.

    The issue is still there, but it shows on the password-protected page from the “Password Protected” plugin. I thought it showed also on the /wp-admin Login screen (which it doesn’t)

    @markussss

    I didn’t get this error on my test websites, but still, my QA team is testing this.

    @henderas Can you provide me a list of plugins you are using?

    @haseeb0001 I provided these earlier in the thread, but posting again below for reference. Nothing has changed in terms of the plugins used.

    All plugins running on the site are:

    All-in-One WP Migration: Version 7.6.2
    Divi Booster: Version 3.9.1
    Divi Contact Form DB: Version 1.9.1
    Login Designer: Version 1.4
    Password Protected: Version 2.5.3
    Post SMTP: Version 2.1.3
    Wordfence Security: Version 7.6.0
    WPS Hide Login: Version 1.9.6

    I did have a litespeed cache plugin, but this has recently caused issues with the site so I have deleted it. However the ‘undefined’ text appeared both with and without this plugin.

    The other details on the php version, wordpress version and divi builder detailed above remain the same. If you want the website URL to inspect the website I am happy to email you directly but not on a public forum.

    Many thanks

    @henderas Let me share it with my senior technical team, will get back to you soon.

    Thanks

    @henderas @markussss Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    We tried but still didn’t reproduce this issue.

    Can you share a short video of the settings they have set up for Login Designer so it will be easy for us to identify the issue?

    Can you share the use case or share the complete settings video so then we can reproduce this issue?

    Thanks

    Hi @henderas

    it’s strange that it’s so difficult to reproduce. I just set up a new WordPress instance and installed the two plugins
    Login Designer – Version 1.4 | By LoginDesigner
    Password Protect – Version 2.5.3 | By WPExperts
    2022-09-29_18-13-46.png

    Next, I enabled password protect with the Password Protect plugin

    2022-09-29_18-14-52.png

    Then I just went to the login customizer settings and picked the first template and published
    2022-09-29_18-15-27.png

    I didn’t do anything else.
    When I go to the site now in incognito mode, I see “undefined” below the password field
    2022-09-29_18-16-57.png

    Now I disable your plugin and refresh the page. Suddenly this “undefined” is gone, and it looks like it’s supposed to look

    2022-09-29_18-18-41.png

    I think this must be possible to reproduce and I hope you’ll figure it out

    best regards
    Markus
