Why use CSS when you can just pick the style that doesn’t underline on hover?

@dimalifragis If you mean the menu in the header, it’s under Customizing > Header > Menu > Style. If you mean links throughout throughout the site, use the CSS that Rodica from ThemeIsle provided.
