… but that image is not in the Media Library.

The theme’s support recommended these plug-ins:

https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/

… but I don’t think those are what I need. However, I don’t completely understand what the description for those plugins means.

looks like you have resolved the issue.

I don’t understand what you mean. No one has replied and the issue is not resolved.

Now the issue has remained unresolved for over a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
