    Dear support,

    Two quick ones,

    1. How do I remove the hover effect from the product’s thumbnail?
    2. How do I reduce the size of the product thumbnail (if possible)?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Let’s address each of your concerns:
    #1. The tooltip doesn’t look like it comes from Neve. Try disabling all your plugins except WooCommerce then check again if the Tooltip shows up. If no, enable each of your plugin one by one to determine which plugin its coming from.

    #2. You can reduce the thumbnail size from your Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Images.
    Try setting it to 1:1 and see if that suits you.
