How to remove wordpress default search query ‘/?s=’ to new one?

I am trying to remove the default search parameter ‘s‘ to any other like ‘search‘. I want If somebody search with ‘/?s=’ then it will redirect to 404 page directly, not redirecting to ‘/?search=’ parameter I am trying to do it but I am just able to redirect to ‘?search=’ only.
