how to remove "your title here"

  • Go to Appearance Editor

    Open header.php

    Find

    <div id="branding">
		<h1>BUNCH OF CODE</a></h1>
		<div class="description">BUNCH OF CODE</div>
</div>

    Deleting the 2nd line will delete Your Title Here
    Deleting the 3rd line will delete Just another WordPress weblog

    You can also rename those in Settings -> General

    Thank you, I used the Settings to change it.
    Would you know if social networking software can be installed on WP blogs ? Any sample site?
