How to rename label values in Admin Dashboard

Hi,
How to rename the admin dashboard labels for example,
Campaign -> Add New
In that Campaign Price Section, How to rename Author to Manager and want to remove this option “Collect shipping information on checkout”.
I tried by using remove_action() but not working. Kindly suggest me.
