How to Renew the certificate

  • Hi, I successfully generated a certificate , then I added it to my server manually , The site was running well on SSL. I checked the “Auto-generate Certificate” option. But after my certificate expired , it didnt renew itself. My question is after the certificate expires, how to renew it, how does this Renew option work ? Certificates are saved well in server’s default location. Do I have to do all this again manually?

  • the certificate auto renews the file on the server but if you’re like me then you’ll have to manually update the SSL to your hosting

    You have to manually update the certificate in your web hosting. Hope this helps.
