How to reorder the layout or create my own unique layout

    I want to be able to create my own unique layout so that i can rearrange the way i want.
    1. Title first
    2. Post image/featured image
    3. Categories, author (post meta)
    4. Excerpts
    5. Read more button…

    And i want to archive this with the isotope layout or i can be able to add filter at my layout
