How to replace cutline3 headers with new header

Hi…thanks in advance for any feedback

1. I have a cutline3 1.4-3 Right.
2. I want to replace all of the existing headers with one(1)
new header design.
3. My new header is the same size as the originals (770×140)
4. I deleted the original “header.php”
5. And replaced it with:

<div id=”header_img”>
<img src=”<?php bloginfo(‘template_url’); ?>/images/DRHUMLHEADER.jpg” width=”770px” height=”140px” alt=”<?php bloginfo(‘name’); ?>” title=”<?php bloginfo(‘name’); ?> header” />
</div>

6. The new header isn’t showing up.(The Big Problem)

I’m thinking: A. perhaps the above code is incorrect.
B. perhaps the new header jpg isn’t in the right
place in my Filezilla. (it says the header has uploaded to the
“image” file…but when I look for it in the image file…I can’t
find it)
