How to replace default WP comments with this plugin?

Im not sure if that’s how it’s meant to be or it is an error.
FB comments are at the end of post and default WP comments are at the very bottom of the page.
Is that how it suppose to be?
Could someone give me few tips how to replace default comments with this plugin?
