Is there a way to replace the “.site-header .site-search” search bar with a search bar from a third-party plugin? FiboSearch does it automatically by checking a box in their settings (“replace theme search”), but we like IvorySearch for being able to search through product tags, and haven’t figured out how to add it to the header. There is a shortcode option but I don’t know where to paste it. (custom CSS?)

I tried adding ivorysearch to the site header inside the ivorysearch settings but it showed up at the very, very top of the page. It didn’t replace the current search bar. I can also add it into the “Below Header” widget area but that doesn’t look good either.

The plugin developer told me I should reach out to the theme support team. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Chris
