How to reply contact submissions from the Everest Form admin panel?

    Hello, for some strange reason, e-mails are not sent even when Everest form says the sending was successful. As a workaraound, I need to be able to reply to contacts from the Everest forms administrator page, but it onle allows me to view the contact message, not replying it.

    Thanks for writing in. Regarding the issue with the email delivery, would you please install and activate the following plugin?
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-email/
    In the Check & Log Email plugin, you can enable the email delivery log from the plugin’s settings.
    Would you please enable it and see the delivery status of the emails sent? If you see green on the status, this means that the plugin is sending the email but the delivery is being blocked. In this case, you will have to contact your email server and let them know about this issue.

    Currently, we don’t have a feature to contact the user from the administrator page. However, we will surely think about it and maybe we will introduce this in the future release of the Everest Forms.
