    Hey guys,

    How do we reply to tickets without changing the status?

    As far as I know, a note is only for agents, right? And a note is not sent to the ticket owner, correct?

    So how do we reply to a ticket, so the ticket owner gets an email, but without changing the status?

    Hello,

    How do we reply to tickets without changing the status?

    Please go to Support > Settings > General > Ticket status after agent reply and set default for this setting. After each reply you have to manually change status of the ticket.

    Yes, note is for only staff members. It is visible to only agents.
