How to report an incident?

    Hello,

    How, where and in what way (what material should I send), can I report an incident of a hacked site, which iThemes Security did not detect, nor does it detect, in its deep analysis?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It’s worth mentioning that iThemes Security hardens your WordPress application, it can’t guarantee against an attack, and neither can anything else.

    I’ll recommend having your site checked by a malware removal service (like Sucuri) as soon as possible.

    Hello @shalomt,

    No need to ask Sucuri for a review, my site is already clean and was removed from the Google SC and McAfee blacklists after more than 20 days of requesting it.

    In another ticket I reported the malicious code that we finally found.
