How to request “losing registrar” release a WP.com domain, snce WP.com is host?

I moved the site artmassagepdx.com to Bluehost, but the domain transfer seems glitchy, because Wild West Domains is the registrar Whois has on record, but they say WordPress.com has the control to release. The site is up and running on Bluehost after I moved the databases, and the contact info has been verified with Whois…

…but Bluehost won’t let me past Step #4…

One thing that could be a factor in the delay, is that the Bluehost account is a client’s, and as his web-guy, he is letting me move some add-on sites onto his account. I have read that the contact info for each site on Bluehost account can be different, by using the domain manager/contact tab, but that is not available until the domain transfer is complete.

Is there a way to expedite WordPress.com’s release?
