How to request user email address/name

  • Hi,
    I purchased the Save Results plugin, but do not know how to provide a field to the user for them to enter their email address and name.

    I am not allowed to offer support for paid add-ons here on the official WordPress forum. This is for the main HD Quiz only – so in the future, please use the support contact link on the Results page so I don’t get in trouble with the WordPress team ??

    If you have not already, I recommend watching the demo/tutorial video. It goes over most of the features and settings.

    The quick answer to your question: On the Results page, select the Settings tab. From here enter something in the “Label for Name” and “Label for Email Address” fields then save the settings. That’s it!
