    Hi dlmweb,
    try switching your backup format to tar (without gz). Also, do you run a caching plugin on your site? If so, please exclude its log files and folders from your backup.

    Thank you for responding, and thanks for the tip.

    Changing the backup format to tar w/out gz did the trick. I’m now going to try this on other clients that are also throwing errors.

    I know you guys going through a lot of code changes and are getting slammed with emails. Appreciate you taking the time to respond and supporting your plugin. Will definitely give you some support back $$.

    fyi, no caching plugins on this site.
