• I am trying to do a test restore of our site to check that the backups are working, which we do from time to time. I have just upgraded but cannot see how to restore a backup nor find any documentation. It used to be via the tools menu option once you had uploaded a couple of files (*.zip & *.sql).

Please can you advise how to restore a backup or refer me to a video / text instruction of how to do it.

Is there anyway that you can notify users of upcoming upgrades etc to this excellent plugin?

  • My understanding is that this ‘updated’ version does not have that capability. You have to upload site files via FTP and import the sql file via phpmyadmin.
