How to restore backup file

  • I use ithemes security Database Backup

    I receive daily email with database backup file for my site.

    Today i updated my theme and i dont like the look of my site now, i d like to restore my site to how it was before.

    so i d like to restore using my database back up file for yesterday

    How can i do that?
