    If you keep the same product ID and order ID as before restoring the backup, you can follow the solution below to re-post reviews to your site from the CusRev dashboard.

    Thank you very much for your help, I have now resumed comments.
    But I still have a new problem now, I want to know how to change the color of the rating star under the product title on my product page to yellow, now it is black and not conspicuous enough.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    The color of the star rating on your site is mostly controlled by the theme style. You can switch to the standard theme of WooCommerce (Storefront) and check this issue. Or you can contact your theme support to ask for further assistance.
