How to restore downloads from old Database to new Database with Same Download ID

Hello greetings to you plugin Developer, please I need help, I mistakenly deleted my downloads from download monitor from my website, and now I have a backed up database that has it, but my current site database which does not have the download monitors doenload has 30k+ posts, with download monitor short codes on them, why my backed up database has the downloads, I tried to export the downloads through wordpress imports and download monitor imports, every thing was successful, but after I finished expoting and importing with both methods, the downloads IDs changes to new ID, which could not be linked to my posts that has short code, of all downloads, I wanted to ask is there way to import and export it through database, so that it will still retain the downloads IDs?
