how to restore fb “share/like” stats after site has been switched to https ?

    i had a lot of “share” stats visible on my posts via “sharebar” plugin
    but now, since my site is full https all my stats are back to zero….

    i think it is because my canonical url changed…
    any ideas how to get “stats” back?
