how to restore from dropbox ?

    hello,

    how do i restore my backup files from dropbox ?
    i have backed up my site to dropbox, and now i have moved to another hosting then i did fresh install of WP and updraftplus plugin with alreadu re-authenticated dropbox
    But i see nothing in thr updraftplus setting, so i couldn’t restore my site.

    any solution ?

    Hi,

    1. Click “Restore”

    2. Click “Upload backup files”

    3. Select your files, and click to upload them.

    Thanks it is worked!
    it works fine for restoring plugin, themes, databases, and settings.

    but i have a backed up files (the uploads folder) that it sizes are about 700mb, is there any other way than that ?

    You can just unzip it on your PC, and transfer the contents of the resulting “uploads” folder by FTP into wp-content/uploads.

    I have uninstalled / reinstalled etc. Progress screen does nothing. Upon refresh, this error shows.

    “Parameter not found: oauth_token – need to reauthenticate this site with Dropbox (if this fails, then you can also try wiping your settings from the Expert Settings section) (Mar 24 21:10:25)”

    the client’s site had a fight with a plugin update and broke code. Trying to restore (every 12 hours (100+100) to dropbox. So I have tons of backups. But can’t use them. When I attempt to manually upload to the drap/drop box, I get “Unknown Server Response” after each file progress bar reaches 100.

    So lost. Any assistance would be great. Thank you.
